Designing

Production
According to the precise design drawings, the processed wood is assembled into the frame of the element, which is later on filled with thermal and insulation materials. The finish panel of the facade is done last.
Gokstad Hus is producing from 1700 to 2100 sq. m. of different elements monthly.
Delivery
Produced elements are carefully packaged. Packaged elements do not lose their quality during transportation and storage and are protected against adverse weather conditions.
Elements produced by Gokstad Hus can be up to 13m long and 4m high, therefore, safe transportation is necessary. Company cooperates with several logistics companies, which provide safe and reliable transportation.

Internal wall
Factory of Gokstad Hus can prepare elements of internal walls for different types (carrying interior walls, standard interior walls, bathroom walls, standard fire / sound walls between apartments walls). The elements of internal walls may be prepared for various decorative finishing.
Floor
Factory of Gokstad Hus can prepare elements of floor for different types (I-beams, sound floor, balconies, terrace). Floor elements are generally used to install a ceiling between two stores. Depending on the span, the dimensions of floor girders may be different.
